This townhouse in Ventimiglia Alta is located in the oldest part of town, surrounded by peaceful streets. A sandy beach, Le Calandre, can be reached in ten minutes via a beautiful walk. Ventimiglia has a recently opened tourist port, which is operated in collaboration with Monaco's Port Authority; it is located next to the nearest bathing beach. The harbor has a colorful atmosphere with elegant restaurants and shops. The center of Ventimiglia is ten minutes away, while the train station takes fifteen minutes. Ventimiglia is a central railway junction with good connections to the west to Monaco, Nice (among others by shuttle train to the airport) and further in France, to the north to Piedmont with Cuneo and the Limone ski area (two hours by train) and to the east to Sanremo and Genoa. Depending on your needs, you will find the nearest city/destination 0.2 km or Nice airport approx. 49.5 km away, while the ski resort of Limone Piemonte is 70 km away.
